OUR STORY
In Chinese, the translation for "Xiān(鲜)" is "Fresh". At Xian Sushi and Noodle, we offer an uniquely different experience when it comes to our fresh noodle dishes.
All of our noodles are made with wheat flour, and hand-pulled into various shapes every orders, so you'll be able to customize your order with the type of noodle you prefer!
Reservation Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to review our reservation policy:
*Reservations: We recommend making reservations in advance, especially for larger parties or during peak hours. You can make reservations by phone, online, or in person.
* Holding Policy: We hold tables for 15 minutes past the reservation time. If your entire party hasn't arrived within 15 minutes, we may be forced to give away your table.
* Party Size: Please note the number of guests in your party when making your reservation. We may not be able to accommodate larger parties without prior notice.
* Cancellations: We appreciate a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any reservation cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.
